1. Production & Shipping Times

Our jewelry falls into two categories: Ready to Wear and Made to Order.

• Ready to Wear
  Ready to Wear pieces are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
• Made to Order
  Made to Order pieces are crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Production times may vary depending on the design and materials, and estimated production timelines will be provided on the individual product page.

Please note that all production and shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to slight delays during periods of high order volume.

2. Domestic Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary domestic shipping on all contiguous U.S. orders.

• Orders under $1,000: Complimentary UPS Ground shipping.
• Orders of $1,000 or more: Complimentary UPS 3rd Day Select shipping (signature required upon delivery).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

3. International Shipping

International shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
